The home owners on this project had a plumber and electrician already, but needed someone to finish the drywall and install wood trim. Subsequently Hughes Construction was contracted to fill the voids in this project. Older homes are always difficult to patch drywall in, often times plaster is already in place, this is the reason we use 20, 45, and 90 min durabond so we can apply as many coats as needed in order to achieve the proper look. The home owner painted and installed the tile themselves.
